    Senior Software Engineer

    2025 – Present
    • Cut a PostgreSQL aggregation over 11M+ Foodics order records from ~25–30s to under 3s with a composite index and query rewrite; background sync runtime dropped ~35%.
    • Designed the seats and subsidiaries module: multi-entity models and RBAC so parent organizations can pay for subsidiaries and allocate seats, shaping billing and MRR reporting.
    • Integrated MyFatoorah for KSA and GCC: subscription billing, one-time top-ups, and webhook processing.
    • Built idempotent payment webhook handlers with transaction boundaries and unique keys for GCC gateway reconciliation.
    • Expanded RSpec coverage on payment and billing paths; review code for SOLID and clean architecture; mentor on design, debugging, and TDD.

    Mid Software Engineer

    • Shipped Ruby on Rails API features for a multi-tenant PostgreSQL platform with product, frontend, and QA.
    • Built Chargebee for subscription lifecycle and invoice sync; HubSpot closed-won webhooks that create customer organizations; Planhat integration.
    • Implemented async processing with AWS SQS (Shoryuken) and background jobs, with failure monitoring in Rollbar.
    • Refactored legacy code, tuned PostgreSQL queries, and migrated schemas to improve response times.
